General Information
At Zimorah, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please carefully review the following conditions. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns.
Return Window
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it. For defective or damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Personalized products and hygiene items (such as underwear) are non-returnable unless unused and in their original packaging.
Product Condition
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (either your order number or invoice) is required.
Return Costs
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping fees. However, for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Return Process
To begin the return process, please email us at support@zimorah.com within the return window, including your order number, the reason for return, and photos if necessary.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Securely package the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a free return label. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
