Orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 2:00 PM (AEST) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for processing.

At Zimorah, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please carefully review the following conditions. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns.

Return Window

You are welcome to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it. For defective or damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Personalized products and hygiene items (such as underwear) are non-returnable unless unused and in their original packaging.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase (either your order number or invoice) is required.

Return Costs

If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
